3. Splitting: Mechanical splitting of round bamboo into strips/flakes.
4. Knot Removal & Skinning: Removing bamboo knots and the green outer skin for a smooth surface.
5. Carbonization & Anti-pest Treatment: High-temperature steaming and carbonization (Core process for mold/pest resistance).
6. Kiln Drying: Constant-temperature drying to stabilize moisture content and prevent future warping.
7. Grading: Sorting by color, grain, and quality.
8. Planing & Thicknessing: Precision planing to ensure uniform thickness and flatness.
9. Lamination: Gluing and pressing bamboo strips into large integrated bamboo boards.
10. Precision Cutting: Slicing bamboo boards into required blanks.
11. CNC Milling & Shaping: Slotting, drilling, and edge-rounding.
12. Multi-stage Sanding: Progressive sanding (rough to fine) for a silky-smooth finish.
