Pure Solid Wood Craftsmanship

Our solid wood product line is entirely crafted from 100% genuine whole solid timber, with no wood chips, particle boards or composite panels adopted whatsoever. Our rigorous production workflow consists of three core stages:
  1. Precision Processing: Log cutting, constant-temperature kiln drying, and careful screening of high-grade knot-free heartwood.
  2. Exquisite Assembly: Professional edge bonding to ensure structural stability, accurate CNC carving, and traditional mortise and tenon joint craftsmanship.
  3. Delicate Surface Finishing: Repeated fine sanding, followed by coating with eco-friendly wood wax oil or clear varnish.
Every finished piece is an authentic solid wood work of art, boasting natural wood grain, outstanding sturdiness, non-toxic ingredients and zero unpleasant odors. We provide tailor-made custom services for solid wood furniture, storage furnishings and handmade artworks.

Panel-Based Products

Produced from raw timber and wood residues, our eco-friendly panels are manufactured using professional equipment through crushing, sorting, drying, impurity removal, and eco-friendly resin blending. The materials are formed under high temperature and pressure, followed by a standardized production process: precision cutting, edge banding, milling, veneering/lamination or lacquering, fine sanding, and final assembly. These products offer superior structural stability (resistance to deformation), high cost-effectiveness, and robust production capacity.

Panel Materials

Our range fully supports Plywood (Multi-layer Solid Wood Board), Particle Board (E0-grade Chipboard), and MDF (High-Density Fiberboard). All panels maintain formaldehyde emissions ≤ 0.025mg/m³, surpassing the ENF standard (≤ 0.025mg/m³), meeting the most stringent indoor air quality requirements in Europe and the United States.

Bamboo Products

Crafted from premium mature Moso bamboo, our process involves: raw material selection and cutting, splitting and skin removal, high-temperature carbonization (for pest and mold resistance), constant-temperature drying, grading, thickness planing, lamination into full boards, precision CNC milling, multi-stage fine sanding, eco-friendly surface treatment, and final assembly. Bamboo features a clear natural grain, high hardness, and exceptional durability, making it ideal for home storage and daily consumer goods.

Bamboo Materials

We utilize 4–6 year old alpine Moso bamboo processed through 12 rigorous steps, including high-temperature carbonization, anti-mold steaming, and physical pressing. The resulting boards achieve a flexural strength of over 85MPa, outperforming most medium-density fiberboards (MDF).
